Shipping & Returns
Shopping with us means supporting a small and locally owned, women run business - when you place an order, we're behind the scenes doing a little happy dance! Online orders are shipped every Friday. Should you need your order sooner, so please leave a comment when placing your order or email us at: email@example.com and we will do our best to get your goodies to you by your preferred date.
Due to all each piece being lovingly handmade, we don't always have stock on hand to fulfil your items. Therefore we offer an option to pre-order some pieces so they can be made just for you! This is also part of our sustainability practice to prevent waste and ensure we have as little impact on the earth as possible.
This process takes between 3 and 4 weeks. As soon as your order has arrived with us from our family of artisan craftsman in Bali, we will contact you via text message for collection in store, or ship to the address you have provided. Delivery times will vary depending on the country that you are ordering from. If for any reason extra postage & handling or taxes may occur upon arrival for international orders, this will be at the customers expense. For any questions please email us at email@example.com
Please note that Australia Post is currently experiencing varying international shipping delays of up to 1 month due to COVID-19. Currently there is no services offered to China. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Latchkey Loft has a 14 day change of mind policy for store credit:
- Any unwanted items must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt
- Once received we will issue a store credit to the value of your return
- Items must be returned to us in original, unworn condition with tags still attached
- To request a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number and reason for return
- Due to health regulations, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged
Please note that refunds are only available if an item is faulty so please choose carefully. Refunds will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, Paypal or as store credit.
Variance in crystals and stones
All crystals and stones are individually hand picked, and hand cut and so each has individual characteristics. Each piece may vary slightly from the image on the website. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange for a different piece as each piece is unique.
